Individuals with learning differences alongside their trauma also often face a world that doesn't fully understand them. This misunderstanding can lead to traumatic experiences that are distinct and deeply personal. The constant challenge of adapting to a world not in sync with your needs can result in persistent self-incrimination, heightened sensitivity to traumatic moments, and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness.

Together, we can work on silencing your inner critic and moving through your past. By building self-worth and understanding, we can transform the narrative of self-doubt into one of empowerment and resilience. In our sessions, we will also address external factors, exploring strategies to navigate and cope with these challenges in healthier ways.
